The best day-by-day itinerary highlights for the 3 days Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Eyasi safari: Day 1: Arusha/Moshi to Tarangire National Park; Day 2: Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater; and Day 3: Lake Eyasi to Arusha.

Day 1: Arusha/Moshi to Tarangire National Park

After early breakfast in your hotel, Winners Expeditions tour guide will take to Tarangire National Park. Stop at the Tarangire gate for registration, there after enter into the park for game viewing. We will view enormous termite mounds and the ancient baobab trees. You will spot large concentration of Elephants, varieties of beautiful Tarangire birds, impalas, dikdiks, zebras, vervet monkeys, dwarf mongoose, and unstripped ground squirrel. After your tour you will be taken to the prepared accommodation in Karatu or Mto wa Mbu for dinner and night rest.

Day 2: Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

Early in the morning after breakfast you will be driven to Ngorongoro conservation area and descend into the UNESCO Heritage Site Ngorongoro crater. Enjoy the sightings of the wonderful crater with amazing scenery. Ngorongoro crater comprise a variety of flora and fauna including the Big 5 animals. You will be happy to see big fives in the crater including the rare rhino and other animals such as wildebeest, zebras, vultures, stocks, impalas as well as flamingos that are likely to settle in soda lake. You will be taken to the picnic site for lunch with an attractive spring which is the home of hippos. After the full day game drive, you will be taken to Mto Wa Mbu where you will get dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Eyasi to Arusha

Early in the morning you will wake up and have a breakfast then taken with our tour guide from Mto Wa Mbu to Lake Eyasi. Meet with Hadzabe Bushmen the tradittional hunting tribe. After hunting you will return and visit Datoga tribe skilled craftsmen and blacksmiths. After the interested activities at the noon, you will be taken back to Arusha or Moshi for resting and enjoy your night after this memorable 3-day Tanzania safari.
